Our Staff

The Center For Pediatric Rehabilitation, Inc. was founded in 1999 by a group of experienced  therapists wanting to establish a unique medically modelled facility for children with all kinds of special needs in the greater Pensacola area.  The Center is privately owned by Kathleen Smead, a clinical speech pathologist who previously established the Speech & NeuroRehab Center, Inc. in 1986.  CPR and SNR are sister ventures located within the same therapist designed facility.  Our unique blend of professional staff work in tandem along with child's  parents to insure the most tailored and effective approach for each child. This family of professionals has years of  dedicated experience in the field of pediatrics.   Families are drawn to this center because of it's family orientation, friendliness and clarity of purpose.  We each feel grateful to work in such a creative setting  with children and families who need and thrive on our dedication to serve.
